History
The Partagas Serie P No. 2 first
emerged in 2000 and quickly
became a regular addition to the
famed Partagas “alphabet” series
in 2005.
Appearance
The cigar features an oily and
deep, chocolaty brown wrapper
leaf. The leaf combines with the
unique cigar shape and triple cap
to offer a well-made and appealing
looking cigar. Then the Serie P No.
2 provides a solidly constructed
draw with pre-light notes of cedar,
cocoa, pepper, earth, and sweet
spice.
Flavor
Initial cedar and oak scents join
with puffs of damp earth, nougat,
leather, and cumin, filling the air
with an engaging aroma.The
Partagas Serie P No. 2 delivers a
smooth, full-bodied, and complex
smoke. Pepper, oak, milk
chocolate, espresso, hazelnut,
citrus, wheatgrass, leather, and
honey are just a few of the flavors
that mingle with an ever-present
earthiness throughout. A flurry of
citrus notes mixed with broader
bursts of pepper, cedar, leather,
and earth mix together for a big,
bold, and satisfying finish. The
Serie P No. 2 is a well-balanced
modern classic that is vastly
rewarding now and should only
improve with further aging. It is
also a fantastic whisky pairing
cigar option.

Partagas Serie P No. 2 is made in
the Dominican Republic.
