It was made from 90% Syrah, 5%
Grenache and 5% Cinsault grapes,
from the Provence-Alpes-Côte
d’Azur wine region, southern
France. A liqueur made from 100%
Syrah is added to it extra, giving it
an impressive deep pink color that
sets it apart from other rosés. In its
production, the Charmat method is
used; it matures for 6 months in
steel barrels.
Nose
Elegant tones of strawberries,
blackberries, black currants and
cherry blossoms.
Taste
Dry and refreshing, with a fine and
long-lasting fizz.
